This page removes another dead footer route and gives you a visible placeholder for future approved terms. It should still be reviewed and replaced with formal legal copy before production launch.
Commercial areas that need final legal language
These sections mirror the behavior already suggested by the existing marketplace, dashboard, logistics, and finance UI.
Marketplace role
The interface positions ExportMarkt as the platform coordinating product discovery, ordering, trade communications, and operational visibility between counterparties. Payment is arranged directly between buyer and seller; ExportMarkt does not currently hold, transmit, or release funds.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers are expected to provide accurate listing data, business identity, product information, and shipment documentation relevant to the route they serve.
Buyer responsibilities
Buyers are expected to provide accurate destination details, payment information, and any import-side requirements necessary for shipment and customs processing.
Payments, exceptions, and disputes
ExportMarkt does not currently operate escrow or hold buyer funds; payment is settled directly between counterparties. Refund paths and dispute procedures should be stated clearly in approved legal language before the product goes live, and revisited if escrow is introduced later.
